General Information
Please apply for participation in this workshop by filling out the form below. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Submitting an application does not guarantee attendance to the meeting; however, we will promptly inform all applicants of their acceptance status following the registration deadline. Along with the acceptance notification, we will provide details regarding the conference fee payment.
For the conference fee, we accept payments in EUR via bank transfer to our account in Germany. Detailed payment instructions will accompany the acceptance emails.
The application deadline is June 16, 2025 end of business.
We are committed to a fair selection process, but the number of participants is limited to 60.
Confirmation mails for applications will be sent by June 30, 2025 at the latest.
Conference fee
The conference fee includes conference costs, meals during the workshop, an external group dinner, and a poster party combined with a group get-together. For options 2 and 3 (see below) breakfast is also included together with the hotel booking.
The total conference fee amounts to:
- Option 1: No accommodation, Nov 5 - 8, 2025 = 150 €
Participants choosing this option will need to arrange their accommodation separately.

- Option 2: Including accommodation (hotel check-in Nov 4, check-out Nov 8), Nov 5 - 8, 2025 = 550 €
This is an option that includes staying at the campus hotel. Breakfast is included.
Poster session
PLEASE NOTE: The submission of an abstract for the poster session (max. 1 page) and accompanying cover letter (max. 1 page) is mandatory. Applications without an accompanying abstract and cover letter will be rejected.
The poster session is intended as a basis for scientific discussions that are relevant to the participants' research. We realize that many of our participants may not have final results from a scientific project yet. Whether you have preliminary ideas, ongoing plans, or even past projects, we welcome all contributions.
